You will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software while managing project priorities, deadlines, and team workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and team workflows.
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain development standards.
• Mentor engineers and assist in building and defining technical culture.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX, and business partners to define team work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership.
• Expertise in Java, microservices, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of BDD/TDD practices and open source agile testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to debug, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex production software.
• Detailed knowledge of modern SDLC, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven design skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial technology aspects, including total cost of ownership and value.

Preferred Skills

• UI development using HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular 4/5, and Bootstrap.
• Source control management with SVN, Git, or Subversion.
• Experience with Big Data, Postgres, Oracle, or MySQL.
