Description

You will lead and scale engineering organizations of up to 100+ engineers, owning technical strategy, team development, and delivery alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale engineering teams through design, hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Contribute to critical codebase and system design, guiding architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Champion the integration of AI capabilities into products, platforms, and developer workflows.
• Establish and enforce best practices in CI/CD, testing, code quality, and operational excellence.
• Align delivery, roadmap, and technical strategy with business objectives by partnering with Product and Data teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management.
• Proven experience managing or influencing engineering teams of 20-100+ engineers.
• Strong expertise in modern software architecture and Cloud Computing.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute production-quality code in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience aligning technical strategy with business objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.
• Any Graduate degree.
