You manage a high-performing engineering team while overseeing the design and implementation of UI and backend solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Oversee the design and implementation of UI and backend solutions, coding when necessary.
• Define the team roadmap and manage the project lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Guide architecture, design, and best practices for front-end and back-end development.
• Drive hiring efforts and support the professional development of engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building scalable, web-based solutions.
• 2+ years managing engineering teams, including coaching and mentoring.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, including prompt engineering and RAG.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience aligning technical decisions with broader business goals.

Preferred Skills

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
