Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software programs, bridging technical execution with business goals while managing multiple engineering squads.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-performing, cross-functional squads using Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership to align product roadmaps with business ROI.
• Integrate AI tools and automated workflows into the development lifecycle to accelerate planning, testing, and root-cause analysis.
• Anticipate project blockers and dependencies through structured risk assessments and predictive capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and SRE teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and operational metrics (SLAs/SLOs).

Required Skills

• 12–16 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role managing multiple squads.
• Strong full-stack development background with expertise in Java, .NET, and Microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience establishing automated testing frameworks and operational metrics.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder partnership and transparent reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI-driven insights for predictive forecasting and risk pattern detection.
• Cloud certification in GCP or AWS.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Credit Bureau environments.
