Description

You will lead the test automation strategy and roadmap while managing coverage across UI, API, and integration layers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead test design activities including scenarios, test cases, and coverage strategy.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid models.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Oversee manual and automated test execution and provide quality reporting to leadership.
  • Review automation code, enforce standards, and mentor automation engineers.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of total professional experience.
  • 2+ years of Java coding experience.
  • 2+ years of test automation experience using Selenium, BDD, or Cucumber.
  • 2+ years of backend API validation using RestAssured, Postman, or Karate.
  • Experience testing frontend, backend, database, and legacy systems like Mainframe or AS/400 (iSeries).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Integration of LLM agents (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini) for test planning.
  • ISTQB or advanced test automation certifications.
