You will coordinate software development teams to design, build, test, and release software on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of enabling technologies and software experiences.
• Manage interdependencies, requirements, architectural convergence, and software delivery risks.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Build working relationships with technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage firmware suppliers and third-party development partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and hybrid agile/waterfall approaches.
• Proven ability to manage firmware suppliers and third-party development partners.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• Expertise in managing complex project requirements and technical interdependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Software development and test experience with embedded applications using C, C++, MATLAB, or Python.
• Experience with Automotive standards and ASPICE.
