Description

Lead the development of complex Salesforce systems and drive technical solutions for large-scale features.

Responsibilities

• Design data schemas and implement solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform while enforcing security best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews to ensure high implementation standards.
• Collaborate with product owners to define acceptance criteria and report progress to management.
• Provide operational support, troubleshoot bugs, and participate in off-hour releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with 10+ total years in the field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• 1+ years of Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Workflows, Reports, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML web services.
• Understanding of object-oriented design patterns and complex system integration.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, ETL tools, and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications.
