Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver full stack features including triage, design, coding, and implementation for AI-enabled portal experiences.
• Build and integrate enterprise-grade GenAI/LLM solutions, ensuring privacy, security, and fairness considerations are applied.
• Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs (including Flask/FastAPI services) and support portal integration requirements.
• Perform code reviews with scrum teams and support production deployment readiness.
• Own production support activities: proactive monitoring, performance/capacity management, and incident response for supported assets.

Skills Required:

• Python and GenAI/LLM integration experience for building AI platform components.
• Full stack development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• API and data skills including REST API development/consumption, Flask/FastAPI/GraphQL, and SQL with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Production and DevOps fundamentals including Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD practices, Git, and security concepts (IAM, encryption, network security) on AWS/GCP/Azure.

Good to Have:

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on software development experience; at least 1 year in production support for full stack applications and 1+ year working with DevOps practices.
• Experience with agentic AI and GenAI techniques such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Hands-on knowledge of NLP and model deployment patterns (Transformers, Hugging Face, TensorFlow Serving/TorchServe, SageMaker/Google AI Platform).
• Familiarity with generative model concepts (GAN, VAE) and common deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
