Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients. You own the full software lifecycle, from configuration to production support.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Salesforce CRM applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Execute development tasks including design, coding, testing, and release management.
• Resolve bugs, perform root cause analysis, and maintain platform stability.
• Conduct peer code reviews and enforce security best practices.
• Support off-hour releases and provide technical troubleshooting for end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and CRM implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, and security frameworks.
• Experience with Conga CLM or ability to learn contract lifecycle management tools quickly.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills for complex application issues.
• Ability to work in agile environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and improving engineering practices.
