Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software engineering teams, driving continuous skill development.
• Oversee the design and delivery of scalable applications using Python and AWS.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI innovations across development initiatives.
• Conduct performance appraisals and plan career development for team members.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering leadership.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end application development using Python.
• Strong experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and application development.
• Exposure to Generative AI models and LLM-powered applications.
• Familiarity with software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for global collaboration.
