Description

You will own the development and maintenance of data migration and automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated operations using Python to migrate data.
• Perform and manage GitLab automation tasks.
• Lead the adoption of automated testing, documentation, and code review practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and data validation activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Python Automation.
• Experience with GitLab and GitLab automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and the cloud stack.
• Familiarity with building data ingestion pipelines and SQL orchestration.
• Experience deploying monitoring and alerting for data systems.
• Background in corporate DevOps environments with experience in automated deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks for data modeling.
• Knowledge of Starburst, Immuta, Collibra, Alteryx, or Tableau.
