Description

You will technically lead a team building scalable cloud-native backend services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and decomposition of complex elements into structured code using SOLID and GRASP techniques.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including requirement collection, prototyping, implementation, and test case execution.
• Build highly scalable cloud services optimized for high throughput and low latency.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing peer work, estimating project timelines, and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to translate high-level requirements into modular software designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, .NET, or Go.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native backend services and software architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Design Patterns.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid grasp of data structures, operating system principles, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building API-based cloud services and applications.
