Description

Technically lead a team building scalable cloud-native backend services.

You will own the full development lifecycle, from requirement collection and prototyping to implementation and test case execution. You will decompose complex elements into structured code using SOLID and GRASP techniques. You will provide technical leadership by reviewing peer work, estimating timelines, and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with Product and QA teams to translate high-level requirements into modular software designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and decomposition of complex systems into structured code.
• Own the full development lifecycle including prototyping and testing.
• Build highly scalable cloud services optimized for high throughput and low latency.
• Review peer work, estimate project timelines, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with Product and QA to translate requirements into modular designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, .NET, or Go.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native backend services and architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Design Patterns.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid grasp of data structures, operating system principles, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building API-based cloud services and applications.
