Description

You will lead the design, development, and support of operationally critical microservices. This role requires deep expertise in Java architecture and technical leadership within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex microservices using Spring Boot and Oracle.
• Define high-level designs and specify low-level design pseudocode for domain models.
• Resolve production support issues and ensure system reliability.
• Lead technical decisions and mentor team members on best practices.
• Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns using tools like Apache Camel.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle databases.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Experience with Apache Camel or similar enterprise integration tools.
• Proven track record in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to conceptualize domain models and handle high-level design.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience with delegation and cross-team collaboration.
