Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-impact Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards, translating business requirements into effective visual analytics solutions.
• Prepare, cleanse, and transform data using SQL and ETL processes, ensuring accuracy across multiple data sources.
• Optimize Tableau extracts, workbooks, and underlying queries for performance and scalability on large datasets.
• Manage Tableau Server operations, including publishing workbooks, scheduling data refreshes, and handling user permissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and provide actionable insights based on data trends.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Advanced SQL querying skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar RDBMS.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and data blending.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau Certification (e.g., Certified Data Analyst).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or AWS Redshift.
