Description

You will drive new business acquisition within the software and hi-tech services sector by identifying and securing new client opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Define direct sales and channel strategies within your assigned region.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) and business plans.
• Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline of deals and opportunities.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conduct professional client meetings and discussions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT services selling.
• Proven track record in Business Development and Account Management.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud migration, data and analytics, and software testing/development.
• Ability to generate leads through direct clients and channels such as AWS.
• Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Experience with self-generation of opportunities and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Methodical and structured approach to sales execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT Channel sales.
• Established network within the IT Channel or direct client base.
