Drive new business acquisition and expand the client base within the software and hi-tech services sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through aggressive hunting and consultative sales.
• Define direct sales and channel strategies within your assigned region.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans.
• Generate new opportunities through self-sourcing and collaboration with marketing and business development teams.
• Manage and grow relationships with both channel partners and end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development and account management within the technology field.
• Proven experience positioning nearshore capabilities to clients.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud migration, data and analytics, and software testing/development.
• Technical familiarity with AWS and IT Services.
• Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Established professional network within the IT channel or direct client base.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional meetings and drive strategic objectives.
• Analytical and communication skills for developing new channel relationships.
