Own the architecture and technical direction of the company's software infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software infrastructure and microservices architectures.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) strategies and automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Collaborate with development teams to enforce best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Conduct regular system audits and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of software engineering trade-offs.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of networking, security, and database administration.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Business-level proficiency in Korean.
