Description

You will manage the integration of new products and processes with internal systems while supporting daily operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the integration of new software features with internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and support tickets related to core software systems.
• Act as incident commander during critical system issues to coordinate resolution and minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis on system issues to provide data-driven insights and prevent recurrence.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and provide user training to improve self-sufficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a support or integration engineering role.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL to manage and query databases.
• 1+ year of experience with Python, Go, or other software development languages for automation and integration.
• Solid understanding of integrated systems and dependencies in insurance, claims, or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with system implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
