Description

You will lead engineering execution for global customer projects while defining business unit strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering execution and project deliveries for global customers.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit head to define technical and business strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders for project reporting and organizational alignment.
• Drive hiring efforts with HR to scale engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and support sales with technical proposals and customer-facing activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience in embedded systems.
• Expertise in Linux device drivers and BSP development.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and Data Structures.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Android, or RTOS.
• Experience in board bring-up, programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Yocto, kernel porting, and integration.
• Practical experience with I2C, SPI, UART, USB, SDIO, Audio, Video, Ethernet, and PCIe interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
