Description

Lead engineering execution and delivery for global customer projects while defining business unit strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Own engineering execution and project deliveries for global customers.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit head to define technical and business strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders for project reporting and organizational alignment.
  • Manage technical hiring in coordination with HR to scale engineering teams.
  • Mentor engineers and support sales activities through technical proposal preparation.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
  • Expertise in Linux device drivers and BSP development.
  • Proficiency in Embedded C and Data Structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Android, or RTOS.
  • Experience in board bring-up, programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, USB, SDIO, Audio, Video, Ethernet, and PCIe interfaces.
  • Experience with Yocto, kernel porting, and board bring-up activities.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering.
  • Experience in the automotive domain.
