Description

Lead full-stack development and technical architecture for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-stack development using Ruby on Rails, Angular JS, and MySQL.
• Design system architectures and evaluate performance tradeoffs.
• Define feature designs, testing strategies, and automated test procedures.
• Lead code reviews and manage merges for junior team members.
• Estimate stories within an agile development process and manage automated deployments to AWS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular JS.
• Strong knowledge of database structures and performance optimization using MySQL or Postgres.
• Experience with automated deployment to AWS environments.
• Ability to design and implement automated test development.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile development processes.
• Background in performance monitoring and Amazon Web Services.
