Lead embedded systems software development for safety-critical automotive applications in Milwaukee, WI.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded systems software within automotive or safety-critical environments.
• Manage software content and timing requirements through direct customer negotiation.
• Execute development following the Software V-Model and ASPICE standards.
• Implement high voltage EV/HEV or low voltage Micro Hybrid system requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of embedded systems software development experience.
• Experience with high voltage EV/HEV and/or low voltage Micro Hybrid systems.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink.
• Experience with auto-code generation.
• Working knowledge of the Software V-Model and ASPICE.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong technical and communication skills in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or CAPL scripting.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture.
