Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications while mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.
• Utilize cloud services and implement CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Python, and .NET Core.
• Experience with Java, XML, and MS SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and performance optimization.
• Experience in the Insurance sector, specifically Life and Health Insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of C#, Angular, and React.
• Advanced degree such as an MS.
