Description

You will provide technical leadership for the design and implementation of embedded software modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead software design sessions and conduct code reviews for the team.
• Integrate application, low-level, and third-party software modules.
• Direct and coach less experienced engineers through technical tasks and professional development.
• Test software functions, components, and features to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and control algorithms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of embedded systems software development experience.
• Experience in automotive or other safety-critical environments.
• Proven experience with high voltage EV/HEV or low voltage Micro Hybrid systems.
• Proficiency with Matlab, Simulink, and autocode generation.
• Working knowledge of the Software V-Model and ASPICE.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong technical communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage work using Configuration Management and Issue Tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or CAPL scripting.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture.
• Experience negotiating software content and timing with customers.
