Description

Build and deploy machine learning systems for automotive applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models for automotive use cases.
• Translate research findings into practical, deployable ML solutions.
• Train large-scale models, including VLMs and text-to-video models, using distributed techniques.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, model serving infrastructure, and cloud training environments.
• Collaborate with teams, participate in code reviews, and adhere to software development standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional ML engineering experience in AI/ML organizations.
• Hands-on expertise with PyTorch.
• Demonstrable experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Python and standard software engineering practices (unit testing, CI/CD).
• Experience training large-scale foundation models (e.g., VLMs, text-to-video).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, model serving, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with behavior learning, language models, or computer vision state-of-the-art.
• Ability to read research papers and implement projects based on them.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
