Description

Lead a team of software engineers while owning the architecture and delivery of scalable .NET Core applications. You will drive microservices design, containerization, and DevOps automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core following engineering best practices.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for modular and scalable system design.
• Define API design, integration strategies, and lifecycle management for enterprise applications.
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development and team management.
• Strong expertise in .NET and .NET Core for enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architecture.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of C# backend development and API lifecycle management.
• Ability to work on cloud-native architectures and scalable system design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving engineering best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on security guidelines and performance optimization.
