Description

You will lead embedded software development teams, managing end-to-end delivery within Agile/Scrum environments while owning QCD metrics and KPI reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive embedded software development activities, from specification and architecture to testing and delivery.
• Manage software execution within QCD commitments, tracking operational KPIs and reporting on performance.
• Organize technical design reviews and lead resolution for safety, critical, and cybersecurity issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to define requirements and ensure on-time change management.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, managing resources across complex programs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing complex embedded software projects.
• Strong background in Embedded C and embedded system software development.
• Proven people management skills with experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Deep understanding of QCD ownership, KPI management, and operational reporting.
• Experience in full software lifecycle execution including design, analysis, and delivery.
• B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Engineering (IT, CS, ECE, EEE) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
