Description

You manage a team of eight Java developers and one project manager, owning the full software engineering lifecycle from requirements analysis to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the software engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and delivery.
• Review requirements and test cases in collaboration with Software Requirements and SQA groups.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and detailed documentation across development cycles.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure product development and documentation completion for client-side, server-side, and API development.
• Assist in developing an in-house solution for patient monitoring and patient management applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in a Software Manager role.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL database development.
• Familiarity with React/Redux or equivalent interface frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker container runtime engine.
• Understanding of HITRUST, GDPR, and/or HIPAA security compliance.
• Experience with on-device application development and back-end integration.
