Description

You will manage workflows and user research operations to support machine learning product development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-level workflows for ticket management and project operations.
• Analyze user feedback and reviews to identify trends and inform roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate user-study operations, including planning, recruitment, data collection, and insights reporting.
• Track development progress, bug discovery, issue convergence, and testing metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, software operations, user research, or product management.
• Proficiency with Jira for issue and project tracking.
• Experience using GitHub for source control.
• Familiarity with Xcode and Jenkins for continuous integration build systems.
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding of development tools and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to write clear, concise project updates for executive stakeholders.
