Description

You will own the testing, analysis, and enhancement of system performance, reliability, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests to validate system behavior under load.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and performance regressions.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve overall system performance.
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose and fix performance-related bugs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and testing (QA).
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Experience with performance testing tools like Apache JMeter.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting using Shell.
• Experience with version control using MS VSTS.
• Ability to perform database profiling using standard databases like SQL Server or MS SQL.
