Description

Implement standard software engineering processes and manage identity and access management solutions, including CA SiteMider upgrades and operational support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and operationalize the CA SiteMinder access management solution, covering the Policy Server, Policy Store, Administration UI, and Access Gateway.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs identified during the upgrade process.
• Document technical procedures by creating SiteMinder upgrade guides and updating system design documents.
• Collaborate with application teams to coordinate SiteMinder solution integration and provide process guidance.
• Support the full lifecycle of software process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with the Computer Associates SiteMinder product suite.
• 4+ years of Windows Server Administration.
• 4+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management.
• Experience with SiteMinder Access Gateway and Administration UI.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
