Description

You will manage the software procurement approval process and facilitate requests from various agencies in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Document and process software procurement requests by working directly with agency customers.
• Gather, prepare, and submit necessary documentation to various approvers throughout the lifecycle.
• Meet with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely processing and approval of requests.
• Review and interpret software license agreements and related contractual documents.
• Research existing software within the commonwealth to meet documented business needs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing projects.
• 3+ years of experience in direct customer service roles.
• 1+ years of experience in vendor management.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to report onsite in Pittsburgh, PA at the start and end of the contract to inventory equipment.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing complex approval workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in business-related studies with a minor in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Combination of business studies and a background in IT infrastructure.
