Job Responsibilities include:
Partner with development teams to triage, prioritize, and remediate findings from SAST, DAST, SCA, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment activities.
Serve as a liaison between security and engineering teams, translating security risks into actionable remediation plans and secure development practices.
Provide guidance on secure architecture, API security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), logging, and secure coding standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Integrate and automate security controls and testing within CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps and platform engineering teams.
Support software supply chain security initiatives, including SBOM management, risk analysis, technical debt reduction, and upgrading planning.
Communicate cybersecurity risks, compliance requirements, and remediation recommendations to technical and business stakeholders while supporting overall security governance efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong experience in application security, including vulnerability management, secure coding practices, SAST, DAST, SCA, API security, and CI/CD security integration.
Hands-on expertise with cloud security and risk management, including AWS, Azure, GCP, IAM, secure architecture reviews, and collaboration with development teams to remediate security findings
