Description

You will lead a software development team of 5-10 engineers to deliver OEM requirements within a Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through requirement analysis, architecture, design, implementation, integration, and validation.
• Manage the team backlog, including delivery scope, estimations, goals, and planning.
• Execute software project plans and perform process tailoring based on project needs.
• Control risks, problems, and changes, assessing impacts on project timing and cost.
• Manage technical relationships with internal project teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded system development.
• Experience in project management, including resource allocation, software project planning, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes: Requirements Engineering, SW Design, SW Development, SW Testing, and Configuration/Change Management.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 5 or more engineers.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to abstract high-level system views.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Coding proficiency in C, C++, or Python.
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), or MATLAB Model Development and Integration.
