Coordinate software development teams to design, build, test, and release software on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of enabling technologies and user experiences.
• Manage interdependencies between teams, requirements, and architectural convergence.
• Identify and mitigate software delivery risks.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Build working relationships with technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and senior management.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a related industry.
• Experience managing firmware suppliers and third-party development partners.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid agile/waterfall approaches.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain key partnership engagements.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior software development and test experience with embedded applications using C, C++, MATLAB, or Python.
• Experience with Automotive standards and ASPICE.
