Description

Lead Generative AI projects by coordinating across backend architecture, front-end, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Gen AI projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while providing weekly status reports to the steering committee.
• Track and resolve project issues and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Apply agile methodologies and sprint processes to manage the full project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing technology-related projects, specifically Gen AI.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience managing application development lifecycles.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
• Any Graduate degree.
