Description

Manage software quality through manual and automated testing across mobile, web, and hardware firmware environments. You will own the release pipeline validation and defect lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document test strategies, scenarios, and validation tests for user stories.
• Partner with developers to log, prioritize, and validate defect fixes.
• Execute manual functional testing, cross-system integration tests, and regression tests for each release.
• Manage defect logs and work with integration build teams to oversee dev, QA, and production releases.
• Review automated QA test suites and contribute to QA standards and procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance using Agile practices.
• 1+ years of experience in Automated Software Quality Assurance, including BDD/TDD.
• 2+ years of experience with Secure Development Lifecycle processes.
• Experience testing web applications (JavaScript, CSS, XHTML) and backend applications/APIs (Java/C#).
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and ActiveMQ.
• Experience with identity and access management, including RBAC and provisioning.
• Experience testing mobile websites and Native Mobile applications (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Experience with eCommerce, Point of Sale, and SaaS applications.
• Understanding of network topologies and data management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or shell scripts.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing, Splunk querying, or Kubernetes.
