Description

Execute manual and automated testing across web services, e-commerce platforms, and backend applications. Own the release quality by validating data integrity and claims processing logic.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and manage application defects within HP ALM.
• Perform backend testing using SQL on MS SQL Server environments across UNIX and Windows platforms.
• Validate data integrity and verify claims processing logic using AWS Lambda.
• Conduct functional testing for e-commerce websites and order management systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst, Software Tester, Developer, or in a closely related IT role.
• Proficiency in manual testing and defect management using HP ALM.
• Experience with backend testing using SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Ability to work within UNIX and Windows environments.
• Experience performing API and web services testing using Postman for REST services.
• Experience creating and automating SOAP UI scripts for web services.
• Experience using the Rest Assured framework to automate REST APIs.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel or relocate to various client sites throughout the USA as required.
