Ensure product reliability and defect-free delivery through rigorous testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, verify, and execute test plans and test cases from component-level to user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with business partners and developers to elicit requirements and identify specification gaps.
• Identify, report, and troubleshoot defects, verifying fixes alongside engineers and analysts.
• Develop and report test metrics, including confidence and coverage reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance using White Box and Black Box testing.
• 3+ years testing multi-tier client/server applications.
• Extensive experience in website testing, including mobile platforms and WCAG compliance.
• Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to write and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Understanding of software development frameworks, architecture concepts, and terminology.
