Description

You will execute end-to-end testing to ensure software deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver reusable test cases and scripts based on user stories and technical specifications.
• Execute system integration, functional, regression, positive, negative, and accessibility testing.
• Perform API and service testing to verify and compare outputs using industry tools.
• Conduct data setup, execute test cases, and perform root cause analysis for reported defects.
• Participate in defect triage, stand-ups, and stakeholder meetings to communicate risks and test results.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software/IT application testing.
• 2+ years of experience supporting eligibility management processes within a benefits management program.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience investigating data formats including JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools like JAWS.
• Experience with database query tools such as pgAdmin4, SQL Developer, or TOAD.
• Proven ability to perform data integration testing with external applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile SDLC environment.
