Description

You will own the design, execution, and maintenance of test strategies covering functional, integration, interoperability, data validation, performance, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements traceability.
• Collect, analyze, and report QA metrics, including defect trends and quality KPIs.
• Adapt QA practices across Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and Waterfall delivery models.
• Identify quality risks early and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years in software quality assurance or testing roles.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with test automation tools like Appium and Tosca.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines concepts.
• Knowledge of defect lifecycle management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce application testing.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
