Description

You will own validation and testing for BIOS, firmware, and graphics domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA and validation for BIOS, firmware, and graphics drivers, including display and 3D performance.
• Perform hardware board bring-up and debugging in system software and hardware environments.
• Develop and implement test plans for PC products and peripherals.
• Triage and debug issues across system software and hardware layers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software QA or validation.
• Experience with x86 or ARM desktop/laptop BIOS QA.
• Knowledge of graphics driver testing (3D, multimedia, performance).
• Expertise in hardware debugging and system-level triaging.
• Familiarity with PC architecture, including CPU, GPU, and APU.
• Understanding of peripherals such as DIMM, HDD, SD, SATA, and USB.
• Proficiency in x86 Architecture or ARM.
• Experience with Perl.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting for automation using Python.
• Test management frameworks such as Pytest or Robot.
• Continuous Integration experience with Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
