Description

You will lead quality assurance for major software projects, owning the design and execution of GUI, functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript or Python, leveraging GenAI tools for test case generation and scripting. You will perform deep troubleshooting by analyzing logs, reproducing issues in simulators, and debugging code to identify root causes. You will coordinate cross-functional testing, provide accurate reports, and support customer issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript or Python.
• Analyze software logs and debug code to identify root causes of defects.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing activities and generate accurate testing reports.
• Support customer issue resolution via emails and problem reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA, test automation, and release testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
• Experience with Playwright test automation using TypeScript and/or Python.
• Basic programming skills in Java and/or Python for debugging and automation support.
• Experience with automated testing for releases, including regression and integration coverage.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux for log analysis and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cypress test automation tool.
• Strong automation framework experience and mindset.
