Responsibilities

• Lead technical quality assurance initiatives and drive automation strategy.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Mentor team members on testing practices, tools, and BDD methodologies.
• Manage project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in a technical leadership or lead automation engineer role.
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Gherkin or Cucumber.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with the Spring Framework and Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Windows Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Grafana experience.
• Experience with Container Architecture: Docker or Kubernetes.
