Description

You will perform quality assurance and content verification across various platforms and environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review copy to identify issues with tone, voice, facts, grammar, formatting, and punctuation.
• Perform full Quality Assurance on different platforms and testing environments, including Production.
• Report bugs and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools or features.
• Provide written feedback, market insight, and cultural context for high-visibility deliverables.
• Assist with training new testers and supporting ad-hoc projects as requested.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to review copy in context, such as within emails, art, or webpages.
• Strong written communication skills for providing clear feedback on deliverables.
• Experience identifying linguistic, cultural, and brand terminology issues.
• Ability to work remotely on a 20-hour per week basis.
• Any Graduate degree.
