Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by managing test plans, execution, and defect lifecycles within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define test approaches, create comprehensive test plans, and oversee test lab set-up and data refreshes across multiple environments.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including monitoring, reporting, and driving improvements through collaboration with developers and business analysts.
• Lead offshore testers and act as a subject matter expert on complex QA projects and SDLC improvements.
• Execute manual testing, write test cases, and confirm execution using database queries and testing tools.
• Facilitate communication between IS Applications Development and functional groups to prioritize improvements and report status via executive dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Strong SQL skills for database query validation.
• Solid knowledge of SAP solutions and SAP S4 Hana.
• Experience using Client ALM testing tools and workflow automation software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
