Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts in an Agile environment, owning test plans, execution, and defect lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test approaches and create comprehensive test plans.
• Oversee test lab setup and data refreshes across multiple environments.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, monitoring, reporting, and driving improvements with developers.
• Execute manual testing, write test cases, and validate data using database queries.
• Lead offshore testers and act as a subject matter expert on complex QA projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation.
• Strong SQL skills for database query validation.
• Solid knowledge of SAP solutions and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience using Client ALM testing tools.
• Experience with workflow automation software.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Ability to facilitate communication between IS Applications Development and functional groups.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
