Description

You will lead testing efforts and ensure software quality through manual, automated, and backend validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and implementation of testing for projects, including defining objectives and writing test strategies.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, performing backend data validation and RESTful API testing.
• Review sprint planning and user stories to ensure acceptance criteria are clear, precise, and testable.
• Manage defect reporting and track test progress and results within test management tools.
• Mentor and coach Software Quality Engineers while collaborating with Development, Product, and Project Management teams.

Required Skills

• Experience testing RESTful APIs and automating backend services using the Dotnet framework.
• Proficiency in API/Web Services testing and writing test harnesses.
• Practical understanding of CI/CD approaches and the QE effort required to support them.
• Ability to perform accessibility, cross-browser, and mobile-specific testing.
• Demonstrated experience in resource scheduling and leading technical teams.
• Strong skills in systems analysis, risk analysis, and dependency analysis.
• Ability to investigate and report issues across Development, Product, and Project Management departments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
