Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated testing frameworks and regression test suites.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing standards based on business requirements.
• Develop automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Selenium Grid, and Jenkins.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, and deployment validation testing.
• Use AI-assisted testing tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression testing.
• Maintain test environments, test data, automation assets, and test case repositories.
• Troubleshoot automated test failures and identify opportunities to improve framework performance and reusability.
• Perform root cause analysis, track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Develop reporting solutions for automated test results and quality metrics.
• Perform API and web service testing using tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
• Support performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
• Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Test REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON/XML interfaces, batch processes, and flat-file integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Establish and promote QA automation standards, best practices, and reusable testing solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software automation testing and quality assurance experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience.
• 4+ years of experience with TDD, ATDD, and/or BDD practices.
• 3+ years of experience creating automated and regression test suites.
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and Jenkins.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of automated functional, integration, and regression testing.
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong experience with API and web service testing.
• Experience with Java programming/scripting for test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and automated test reporting.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized test environments.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI tools to develop and execute automated test cases.
• Experience with Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, Swagger, or Pact.
• Experience with OAuth2, JWT, REST, and GraphQL testing.
• Experience with Dockerized test frameworks and Selenium Grid.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Experience building intelligent or AI-assisted testing frameworks
